Where we ship

We ship to all EU countries.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Free shipping on orders over €50.

Delivery time

Orders are usually handed to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days; other EU destinations 5–14 business days.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order ship from late October 2026. If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order ships together on that date. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; details can be found on our right of withdrawal page. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact us via our contact form and provide your order number if possible. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us using our contact form. A photo helps us resolve the issue more quickly. We will work with you to resolve it at no additional cost. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
