Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the MOKU-AN online shop, operated by Researching Plus GmbH.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The purchase price is charged when you complete your order. This also applies to pre-orders.

4. Delivery and Pre-orders

Delivery times are stated on the relevant product page or our Shipping & Returns page. For pre-order products, the product page states the expected shipping date and the date by which delivery will be made at the latest.

5. Subscriptions

You can subscribe to Waterline, Stillpoint, Hojicha, The Duo and The Trio. When ordering, you choose a delivery every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. Every subscription delivery is 10% off the stated price. The price of each delivery is charged when that delivery is triggered.

Subscriptions continue until cancelled and have no minimum term. You may cancel at any time with effect from the next delivery through your customer account or by contacting us.

Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Further information and the model withdrawal form can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please contact us if your goods arrive damaged or defective.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of slight negligence, liability for breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Food Information

Product-specific information, including ingredients and best-before information, is provided on the product or its packaging.

Matcha should be stored airtight and protected from light, heat and moisture.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
